Sales Director Tommi Lahtinen says that feedback from KINTO One customers has been excellent.
“Our customers’ fleets range from single cars to hundreds of vehicles. What they have in common is the need to be able to manage their fleets easily and gather all essential information about their company cars in one place. We wanted to help our customers with this, and we found an excellent partner in SmartFleet to provide the solution,” Lahtinen explains.
SmartFleet had a ready-made SaaS-based fleet management solution that was customized for Toyota’s customers. The portal allows Toyota’s customer companies to easily manage all their vehicles, regardless of their intended use or financing method. The portal provides information on financing and maintenance, but it can also be used to import all additional services related to vehicles, such as fuel and charging cards, which means that information on consumption, for example, is constantly updated. Reporting is then quick and easy.
“Nowadays, there are many reporting requirements, and they often involve a lot of work for our customers. Now they can easily produce reports on their environmental responsibility, which are required for competitive bidding, for example. And, of course, data and understanding also guide them in choosing low-emission cars,” comments Markus Seppälä, Corporate Sales Manager at Toyota Rahoitus.
